Shipping and Returns
Shipping
Prints are made to order and dispatched from the print studio, typically within 2–4 business days, with delivery in the United States a few days after that. Shipping is a flat $13 per order, and free on orders over $250. Prints ship flat up to 16 × 20 in. Some sizes will be delivered rolled. Originals are packed in a rigid, custom-cut carton or crated for larger sizes and shipped insured; local collection from the Falls Church, VA studio can be arranged by email.
Returns
Original paintings may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packing, for a refund of the purchase price less outbound and return shipping. Made-to-order prints are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or the wrong item was sent.
Damage in transit
If a work arrives damaged, keep all packing materials and email wcgreenstudio@gmail.com with photographs within 5 days of delivery. Insured claims are handled directly with the carrier and a replacement or refund is arranged.
International orders
Online checkout currently ships within the United States. For delivery elsewhere, email wcgreenstudio@gmail.com for a quote. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
